Jerry Brown for Attorney General

Brown is endorsed by dozens of California newspapers, is over 20 points ahead in the polls, backed by law enforcement and has $ 1 million more in fundraising than his opponent.

As the campaign heads into the final push, Jerry Brown for Attorney General released another TV ad highlighting Jerry Brown's record of achievement and his vision for the office of attorney general.

Police Chiefs

This ad stars the President of the California Police Chief’s Assocition, Steve Krull who talks about why his organization endorsed Brown over Poochigian and points out Brown’s record of being tough on crime. Steve Krull, President of the California Police Chiefs Association says, “When the California Police Chiefs decided to endorse a candidate for Attorney General, we interviewed both candidates –We looked at their experience and their records in Law Enforcement. And Jerry Brown is clearly the better choice for California.”

Poochigian Rejects Sound Science and get a ZERO on the Environment

Poochigian has a Zero rating on the environment. Poochigian's environmental record is so poor that he gets a 0% from the League of Conservation Voters. He sided with polluters and opposed tougher standards for air and water quality.
He rejected sound science and opposed the historic, bipartisan agreement to reduce global warming legislation.

Poochigian Would Not Ban 50 Caliber BMG Rifles

This ad is warning the public that Fresno State Senator Charles Poochigian was not willing to ban 50 Caliber BMG Sniper Rifles. The 4 ½ foot-long weapons fire one of the world's largest bullets that can penetrate 3 ½ inches of raw steel. In the spot, a police captain says, "One round from a 50 caliber assault rifle is capable of passing through two police cars and come out the other side and still kill you. California's police wanted to ban it. But career legislator Charles Poochigian voted to keep these 50 caliber killing machines legal."
